How can an owned-site fix be delivered?
You choose CMS, GitHub, or Snippet. CMS uses a supported provider connector, GitHub opens a validated repository pull request, and Snippet publishes a signed or allowlisted artifact similar to an Alli AI-style integration. Source-file belongs to GitHub mode, edge/proxy belongs to Snippet mode, and Surgbly never silently switches your choice.
Does AI search readiness guarantee citations?
No. It verifies the conditions that affect retrievability, extraction, evidence, and citation opportunity. AI answers remain point-in-time observations with provider-specific variance.
What does the 40–150 word answer block mean?
It is a practical target for a self-contained, quotable answer near the relevant heading. Surgbly checks whether the block answers one question directly and remains supported by the page facts.
Can Surgbly create expert quotes, reviews, or credentials?
No. Missing proof is surfaced as an evidence request or an Influence Plan. The product does not invent authority or publish third-party claims.
What is provider-specific weighting?
The same gap may be prioritized differently when validated provider behavior differs, such as freshness or source-type sensitivity. It changes the work queue priority, not the underlying observation.
What happens after a Fix Pack deploys?
